As we enter into this season of renewal, it’s natural to reflect on the past year and set goals for the year ahead.

However, setting goals can be overwhelming, especially when we don’t know where to start. That’s why it’s important to break down our goals into smaller, actionable steps and measure our progress along the way.

To get started, take some time to think about what you want to accomplish this year. We encourage you to write down your goals and break them down into smaller, more achievable milestones.

For example, if your goal is to start a new exercise routine, your milestones might include:

  • Finding a gym or workout class
  • Setting a schedule and sticking to it
  • Tracking your progress over time

To measure your progress, consider using a journal or planner to keep track of your milestones. You could also try using a habit tracker app or setting reminders on your phone to help you stay on track.

It’s important to remember that progress is not always linear, and it’s okay to make adjustments along the way. If you find that one approach isn’t working for you, try something else.

And don’t forget to celebrate your wins, no matter how small they may seem.
